COMPANY INFORMATION Ian Macleod Distillers Limited is Registered in Scotland No. 32696. Registered Office: Russell House, Dunnet Way, Broxburn EH52 5BU SECURITY You can purchase online safely and securely. We use Worldpay to ensure that your credit card details and personal information cannot be compromised by using highly efficient encryption. PERSONAL INFORMATION All details supplied by you are held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We will not disclose your information to any other organisations or third parties, except in order to fulfill our services or send details of our products and services to you. PAYMENT Payment can be made online by debit or credit card. We accept the following cards: VISA Mastercard Switch Maestro & Solo. We do not accept Diners or AMEX. Alternatively orders can be faxed or posted to Glengoyne Distillery and payment can be made by cheque. Orders will be despatched after cheques have been cleared. Glengoyne Distillery reserve the right to cancel any order received and refund the total value back to the cardholder. ORDERS Once your order has been placed successfully a confirmation email will be sent to your inbox. Another will be sent to Glengoyne Distillery informing us of the order. We will then prepare your order for despatch, so please ensure that the details on your confirmation email are correct. If they are incorrect please inform us immediately. DELIVERY All deliveries excluding very small items are sent by courier. For UK deliveries please allow 4 working days from clearance of funds. For all other European Deliveries please allow 5 working days from clearance of funds. For International Orders delivery times depend on location - you should allow 7 working days from clearance of funds. NB**The above delivery times exclude personalised bottles - please allow 10 working days. Delivery charges are calculated on weight and destination. Unfortunately due to customs laws relating to posted goods we cannot deliver to the following countries: Afghanistan, Angola, Benin, Brazil, Canada, Cape Verde, Cost Rica, Cuba, Guam, Guyana, Iran, Jamaica, Kuwait, Liberia, Maldives, MarshallIslands, Mauritania, Mexico, Moldova, Mongolia, Morocco, Nauru, Nicaragua, Nigeria, Northan Mariana Islands, Pakistan, Paraguay, Peru, Philippines, Quatar, St Vincent & The Grenadines, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Suriname, Syria, United Arab Emirates, United States of America, Virgin Islands, Wake Island, Yemen OUT OF STOCK ITEMS If we are out of stock of a particular item we will advise you and give you an approximate delivery date. PRICING The prices on this website are subject to change TAXES AND DUTIES The addressee may be liable for excise fees/customs duty if the value/ proportion of alcohol sent exceeds the country limit. It is the purchasers responsibility to check this before ordering. Glengoyne Distillery shall not be liable for any of these fees and will not issue refunds on purchases not delivered due to non payment of customs fees. All purchases and postage charges within the EU are subject to VAT. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR CUSTOMS DEPARTMENT SHOULD YOU REQUIRE ANY FURTHER INFORMATION RETURNS Glengoyne Distillery will accept returns up to 7 days from date goods are delivered to customer provided that they are not damaged and all packaging is intact. Please note that we will not pay for any delivery charges incurred by returned goods. We will make reimbursements within 30 days of return OVERSEAS Unfortunately we are not able to guarantee the safe delivery of whisky or glass to any country outside the European Union. We will ensure that goods are packaged well and will retain proof of postage however we send these bottles only on the understanding that we do so entirely at the risk of the customer |
