Cask Strength
Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Rich, peppery and fruity

Digestive biscuits, ripe bananas and a hint of pepper. This is the taste of Scotland’s slowest distillation, matured in sherry casks crafted from European and American oak. It's then bottled as tradition insists: at cask strength, un-chillfiltered.

  • Taste
Thick rosehip syrup, Demerara sugar developing into a spicy, gooseberry dryness. Wonderful balance, nothing dominates. Splash of water brings intensified syrup and green fruits.

The Moment

'Straight from the cask'

  • Paired with Haggis

Haggis needs a bold partner. The Cask Strength is a perfect match – its fruity, peppery notes are perfect with this classic Scottish dish.

  • Paired with Banana loaf

The faintest hints of banana and biscuit from the whisky work well with a slice of warm banana loaf, slathered in salted butter.

  • Paired with curry

The perfect balance of the Cask Strength is an excellent match for your favourite curries: spicy, peppery, sweet.
