    20% 1st Fill American Oak Bourbon, 60% Quality Oak casks.

    The clean sweetness of seared scallops complements the whisky’s soft oak finish; the ginger and chilli heat highlight the dram’s tropical notes. Summer in a mouthful.

    The lemon tartness and spice of cured salmon brings out the citrus and coconut of the 12 year old, balancing the richness of the fish.

  • Paired with nutty cheese

    Woody rinds, dryness and sweet caramel in nutty cheeses accentuate the 12 year old’s soft oak and citrus.

  • Paired with Pecan pie

    The smooth, rich whisky complements the buttery caramel nuttiness of pecan pie. Add a dollop of cream for the perfect finish.
