10 Year Old
Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Smooth, fruity and incredibly moreish

Fresh green apples, toffee and a hint of nuttiness. This is the taste of distilling slower than anyone else in Scotland, of barley we dry by air – never peat – and of hand-selected sherry casks crafted from European and American oak.

The Moment

'With friends'

  • Paired with oysters

Briny oysters and shallot dressing bring out the 10 year old’s oily freshness and clean apple notes.

  • Paired with mushrooms & tarragon

The earthiness of the mushrooms goes nicely with the nuttiness in the whisky – and the tarragon brings a hint of liquorice to the fore.

  • Paired with langoustines, apple & fennel

Roasted shellfish matches the sweetness in the whisky – while an apple and fennel salad unlocks the dram’s palate-refreshing flavours.

  • Paired with fudge

The whisky slices through the sweetness of the fudge: a balanced, moreish combination.
